Steps to Reset Your Password
- To reset your password, open the app and select 'Forgot Password?' on the LOG IN screen, enter your user name and/or email address, then go back to the LOG IN screen.
- You will receive an email to reset your password via link. This link will only be valid for 24 hours.
- Once you have completed the password reset, open the app and log in.
If you are still unable to log into the app, email membercenter@goldsgym.com and our technical support team will reset your password and resolve your password issues.
