To request a membership cancellation or freeze please contact your local gym. They will be able to help you through the process and answer any questions you might have.  To find your local gym contact information, please go to https://www.goldsgym.com/locate-a-gym/They can also call Customer Care at 866-465-3775 option 3 (account questions), enter your zip code (find their gym's nearest location), and option 1 (account questions) to cancel membership. Members will also have to email cancellations@goldsgym.com requesting to cancel with their barcode ID so the customer care team can assist
