-Request barcode if not provided.

-If they provided the barcode, look it up on MOSO and add the ID and Barcode to DNN

^If they are on MOSO, they are a corporate gym member and need to have corporate role added

^Click the “roles” tab and ggmembers_corp, if you type in gg it will come up, select it and then hit the “add” button.

*Franchise members do not come up on MOSO, do not modify roles for franchise members.

^Franchise- add a barcode to DNN account, we cannot assist any further. Per Ryan’s instructions, send them to their home gym for assistance.

              

 

 

 

Scheduling Issues-

-Make sure barcode is properly linked, make sure “role” is added.

^ Send “Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there seems to be a bug going around affecting the class schedules. We have been notified and are currently working on resolving this issue.”

 

*Franchise-

- Send ^^ response, nothing we can do

 

Home gym changes-

-Can only be modified if a member moved or if the gym was shut down. Forward the new home gym location and member info to kschwab@goldsgym.com. (same for franchise & corporate)

 

DNN accounts-

-If the account does not show up on DNN, send a “no member center account found” canned response and have them try to make a new account. If they reply saying they received an error message that states an account exists with that email, forward it to kschwab as well. (Only for corporate)
